We have added some new policies as of January 1st 2024. ​ Cleaning Cancellations: ​ * Please give at least 24 hour notice of known cancellation. ** Failure to give proper cancellation notice will result in a full clean payment being invoiced ** ​ * If you have an illness in the house, please inform us as soon as you can. We would prefer not to share your germs with our families, or other clients. We understand that being sick is not a scheduled activity, but please let us know as soon as possible. ​ * Weather and road condition: please expect cancellations when the weather makes it unsafe. This includes snow/arctic fronts, power outages and heat waves. ​ * Failure to pay 2 invoices consecutively will result in suspension of regularly scheduled cleans.​ If the past due payments are not made in full with in 10 business days, your scheduled time slot will be forfeit. ​
